Justice

What is justice?

Justice is blind and needs to be equal before all those who confront the courts.

The easiest way to insure that justice is blind is by providing every single defendant with a video tape of their trial.  That way judges and the court system can and will be held accountable.  I believe that in today's hi-tech world of social media and the blazing fast movement of news and information, that a "public trial" as guaranteed by the 6th amendment, now means one that is publicly accessible at all times by anyone.

If our justice system is truly working, then no judge would fear cameras in their courtroom, they would welcome them and stand tall with the wide angle of justice and integrity at their backs.

Why would any court hide from a camera and, if so, do we really trust those hiding in the shadows?
